POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
As a member, you receive the following:
- Access to the private Membership for Your Soul Facebook group
- Access to the Membership for Your Soul private content area where all content is delivered, which includes:
- One lesson each month
- PDF that accompanies the lesson
- Expert speaker call each month
- Q&A call each month
- Bonuses (sporadic and spontaneous)
- We always post replays of all member events, calls, etc in the membership site.
This program is available to you 24/7/365. It’s always available to you as long as you are a member.
Using the Membership for Your Soul Facebook group:
If you have questions about the material or need further clarifications, please post that on Facebook. You may tag Marilyn. You may also tag Lara, but if you need Lara to send you something or investigate something, please also email her at info@marilynalauria.com to ensure it does not get missed or forgotten.
The best way to get answers is to keep your posts a manageable length. If you can please highlight the issue, and then ask your question, more people will be more likely to read it. If you do need to write a longer post, please put your questions at the bottom of the post. We know that sometimes you need to write a longer one, and that’s ok. But generally a lot of backstory is not necessary in order to get your answers.
Please do not post about your services for payment or retreats you are running. We do a post twice a month for sharing your services. There is a picture that says “Share Your Services”. Please only post paid services on this post.
Marilyn is active in the Membership for Your Soul Facebook group. She does take vacations, holidays, and time off when needed. During these times, Marilyn has a seasoned teacher in the Facebook group to handle all concerns.
Many times Marilyn receives hundreds of notifications when she first signs on to Facebook. It’s very easy to miss one, so please re-tag her if she has missed a question you’ve asked that you wanted her feedback on.
Please do NOT send any requests to the team via Facebook Messenger, but you may email us.
Reasons to email the team at info@marilynalauria.com:
- You want to share feedback about membership or a lesson.
- You have a concern or issue with another member.
- You have a billing issue.
- You have a technical problem, like your login is not working or you notice something isn’t working properly.
- You have a suggestion. (We are happy to hear your suggestions!)
- Please allow 24 hours for a response. She is usually quicker, but it can take 24 hours at times.
Cancellation:
If you do want to leave our community, please click on “How to cancel membership” in the bottom menu, fill out the form, and click the cancel button. Please note that it will remove you from the program when you click that button. So be sure to check your billing date before you do this. There are instructions at the top for finding your billing date.
